We are looking for an Operations Manager with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Dubai holiday home market. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the local market, regulations, and customer expectations, and will be responsible for overseeing and improving all aspects of our holiday home operations.
Responsibilities:
Manage the daily operations of holiday homes, ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction.
Supervise and lead a team of operations staff, including housekeepers, maintenance personnel, and customer service representatives.
Implement and maintain operational procedures and standards to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
Monitor property listings, pricing, and availability to maximize occupancy and revenue.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints to ensure a positive and memorable stay.
Oversee property maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure the homes are in top condition.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and licensing requirements.
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate and improve the guest experience.
Willing to go extra miles to support the operation team when needed.
Qualifications:
