JOB PURPOSE:

Supervise employees to help ensure efficiency and productivity and perform the administrative task.  

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervise employees to help ensure efficiency and productivity. 

Perform administrative tasks under the guidance of the supervisor, such as documenting procedures and creating guidelines. 

Ensure product quality and process parameters are adhered. 

Train new hires on the job once they’ve completed initial training with the supervisor. 

Bring any employee concerns to the supervisor in order to ensure company morale. 

Ensure the capacity is fully utilized to the best of resources available. 

Prepares daily operator reports and computes the same. 

Monitor daily attendance and control absenteeism of Production staff. 

Communicate management decision to shop floor. 

To monitor and control material wastages. 

Maintains GMP, safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources, maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures. 

Ensuring that all employees are treated with fairness and respect due to them, monthly rotate the people in different work area. 

Initiates or suggests plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals. 

Ensures the operations of equipment, informs maintenance for any breakdown. Evaluate new equipment Installed and new production techniques. 

Data entry of production result.  

Make sure all the raw materials and packing material are available on time to the production. 

Prepare and update master data for each sku packed / mixed, prepare daily operational plans,  

Detail daily labour requirement.

QUALIFICATION

Education: High school diploma or equivalent GED completion 

Experience: 2 or less year’s relevant experience. 

Language: Arabic & English. 

Skills: Follow up/communication Skills/Time management, technical knowledge, Communication, Creative thinking, HSE awareness, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
